Introduction

This Membership Agreement (“Agreement”) outlines the terms and conditions applicable to members wishing to benefit from White Global’s (“Company”) international transportation services. The Company has established this Agreement to ensure the optimal provision of the services it offers in the field of international transportation. Membership will be provided in accordance with the provisions of this Agreement, and members must comply with the rules set to maintain their membership.

1. Definitions

1.1. Member: A natural or legal person who applies to benefit from the international transportation services offered by White Global and is accepted by the Company.

1.2. Service: This includes the Company's international transportation, customs procedures, warehousing services, logistics support, and other related transportation services.

1.3. Agreement: This document constitutes the written agreement between the Company and the Member.

2. Membership Application and Approval

2.1. Application: Individuals or legal entities wishing to become members must fill out the form designated by the Company to apply. Applications will be evaluated by the Company and approved based on eligibility criteria.

2.2. Approval: After evaluation, the application will be approved and notified to the Member in writing. Approval enables the Member to start benefiting from the services.

2.3. Membership Fee: The fee to be paid for membership must be in accordance with the tariff and payment plan determined by the Company. Membership fees should align with those announced on the Company’s website or other communication channels.

3. Provision of Services

3.1. Scope of Services: The Company provides international transportation services to the Member. These services may vary based on the type of cargo, method of transport, and customs regulations.

3.2. Delivery Time: The delivery time for services may vary depending on the type of cargo and the destination. The Company estimates delivery times and will inform the Member in case of any delays.

3.3. Responsibilities: The Company aims to provide services safely and on time. However, the Company cannot be held responsible for any delays and damages that may occur due to disruptions in the transportation process, weather conditions, customs procedures, or other external factors.

4. Member Obligations

4.1. Information Accuracy: The Member must provide the Company with accurate and up-to-date information. Changes in member information must be reported to the Company immediately.

4.2. Payments: The Member must make timely payments of membership fees and other relevant financial obligations. Any disruption in payments may affect the Member's access to services.

4.3. Cargo Safety: The Member must ensure that the cargo to be transported is appropriately packaged and labeled. Necessary information for hazardous materials or cargo requiring special transport must be communicated to the Company in a timely manner.

5. Privacy and Information Security

5.1. Personal Data: The Company keeps the Member’s personal data confidential and uses it solely for the purpose of providing services. Personal data is protected in accordance with legal requirements and privacy policy.

5.2. Information Sharing: The Company does not share the Member's information with third parties without the Member’s consent. However, information may be shared when required by legal regulations or necessary for the provision of services.

6. Duration and Termination of Agreement

6.1. Duration: This Agreement comes into effect upon the Member’s approval and remains valid for a specified period. The membership duration continues according to the terms set by the Company.

6.2. Termination: Either party may unilaterally terminate the Agreement if the other party fails to comply with the terms of the Agreement. In the event of termination, any refund or compensation requests made by the Member will be addressed at the Company’s discretion.

7. Legal Obligations and Resolution

7.1. Disputes: In the event of any disputes related to this Agreement, the parties must first seek to reach an amicable settlement. The Istanbul Courts are authorized to resolve disputes.

7.2. Legal Obligations: The Company operates in accordance with legal regulations and international transportation standards. The Member is responsible for complying with legal obligations.

8. Changes and Updates

8.1. Changes to the Agreement: The Company reserves the right to amend the terms of this Agreement. Any changes made will be communicated to the Member in writing and will become effective with the Member’s consent.

8.2. Updates: Updates and innovations made to the membership agreement will be announced on the Company’s website. Members are obliged to follow these updates.
